- Usually, Ashwagandha has been used to manage stress or improve concentration and used in many mood booster pills’ formulations.
5-HTP (5-Hydroxy L-Tryptophan)
- HTP is used to treat anxiety and depression. Hydroxy L-Tryptophan is a chemical by-product. It increases the production of serotonin in the brain and central nervous system.

Both are effective in mental reduce stress, anxiety, physical stress, and boosting mood. You can also consider Theanine to improve concentration and focus and Tyrosine to treat sleep deprivation.
