  • It helps boost and enhance brain function and cortisol levels, lower blood sugar, and fight against depression and anxiety.
  • Usually, Ashwagandha has been used to manage stress or improve concentration and used in many mood booster pills’ formulations.

5-HTP (5-Hydroxy L-Tryptophan)

  • HTP is used to treat anxiety and depression. Hydroxy L-Tryptophan is a chemical by-product. It increases the production of serotonin in the brain and central nervous system.
  • Excess consumption of serotonin can leave an adverse effect on your sleep, appetite, and sexual behavior. You may also have some pain sensation. Serotonin is used to cure depression, obesity, insomnia, and many other health-related problems.

L-Theanine and L- Tyrosine

  • Both L-Theanine and L-Tyrosine are amino acids. L-Tyrosine is found in protein-rich foods, and L-Theanine is usually found in tea. Both are effective in mental reduce stress, anxiety, physical stress, and boosting mood. You can also consider Theanine to improve concentration and focus and Tyrosine to treat sleep deprivation.
